seed setFESTIVALS

nature is the beginning and end of culture

Festivals are the epitome of celebration, which you may have noticed, The Last Tree loves! A good festival offers the perfect ingredients for a healthy soul: food, community, art, play, music & dance.

Alas due to their fleeting nature, festivals can burn up large volumes of resources and produce equal amounts of waste. Fortunately there are a number of businesses offering Sustainable Event Management across areas such as transport, waste and energy.

The Last Tree is experienced in delivering these services and contracts to both Festival Producers and Environmental Event Management organisations. See below for past festival projects.

it gets even better

The Last Tree revels in developing creative installations and educative bites to boost environmental awareness. If you want to ignite your ‘green’ profile, penetrate your punters or provide striking sustainable décor, ask The Last Tree to come on board.

peats ridge festival – sustainability communications

The Last Tree built this wall to communicate all the sustainable actions across the festival. The entire piece was recyclable and reverted back to its origins at the end of the festival.

The wall housed pots planted with sunflower seeds. These little plants sprouted and grew rapaciously, creating a living, edible wall for all punters to interact with.
